Role & responsibilities:
- Collect corporate actions information from agents, analyze, and notify our clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate data, with a mindset centred on Risk and Client First focus
- Liaise and follow up with agents/depositaries to obtain event set-up which suits best our clients' needs
- Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy, striving for world-class standards
- Cooperate with internal teams
- Actively respond to inquiries from the client service team, providing clear and detailed information
- Handle corporate action events with deadlines occurring in a short time frame and ensure a proper follow up with depositaries and agents
Candidates with experience in Corporate Actions or a strong understanding of Financial Services and interest in Corporate Actions are preferred. We are also keen to speak with people with a strong Financial Services understanding coupled with an avid interest in Corporate Actions.

- Achieved a high level of proficiency in most tasks and processes within the team
- Skilled at efficiently managing various processes, advancing concerns when needed, and resolving customer or partner concerns in coordination with the team leader
- Client and delivery focused
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- A great teammate, accustomed to working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable to changing environments.
- An articulate communicator
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Technical competencies are a plus
