Oversee digital marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of China-specific marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and regulatory environments.
Analyze and adapt strategies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring alignment with local preferences, competitive landscape, and cross-border opportunities.
Manage online storefronts, product listings, inventory, and customer engagement to maximize sales and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT) to enhance user experience and integrate omnichannel approaches.
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ROI, and customer retention; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Stay abreast of e-commerce innovations, tools, and best practices in the Asian region.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record in the PRC market (e.g., managing operations on Chinese platforms).
Strong knowledge of China marketing ecosystems, including social media (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin), SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and digital advertising.
Familiarity with the Hong Kong market dynamics, including consumer trends, e-commerce regulations, and localization strategies.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, similarweb) and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
Retail experience is highly desirable, particularly in blending online and offline strategies.
