Overseas B2C health products ecommerce and retail
Requirements
- High Diploma or above education
- With 4-5 yrs exp in Customer Service exp in Ecommerce / retail industry perferred
- Must have Exp in team Supervision (those candidate has less related exp will be considered as Customer Service Officer )
- Proficiency skill in PC skill (word, excel, PowerPoint )
- Good English and Mandarin
- Good communication and Problem solving in Customer service
- Immediate available is preferred
Role
- Supervise Customer Service team
- Handle customer service inquiry
- Handle online order and arrange goods delivery
- Prepare monthly reports and assist in marketing events activities
- Ad hoc project
