Job Description:
Deal Execution & Support:
- Assist in execution of equity capital raising transactions for issuer clients, including IPO, follow-on.
- Provide project management support to senior team members.
Market & Client Development:
- Monitor and analyze of onshore and offshore capital market dynamics to offer data support for project decision-making.
- Assist in preparation for client engagement and deal origination such as pitches for potential clients.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree or above, majoring in finance related major
- Strong finance and business writing skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbal and written
