Job Descriptions:
- Develop expertise in Delta One trading systems and provide support for key trading functions on the desk, including being part of the global developmental process in the team's pricers, risk management tools, and electronic platforms
- Help with various tasks as a junior on the desk, e.g.: booking & lifecycle handling, execution & trading, pricing maintenance, automation
- Evaluate the risk involved in trading activity and make appropriate hedging strategies to mitigate potential losses
- Engage in market making activity, inventory management
- Ensure fair execution of clients' orders
- Work with the wider trading team to design and implement long term trading strategies and grow the institutions offering
Qualifications:
- A degree from a well-recognized university
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of respective products and clients
- Global trading coverage (day and night time) in a rotational basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills.
- Able to multi task and to work well under pressure, strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Able to understand and manage complex and diverse instruments.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, booking systems, trading protocol, closing technicalities
- Fluent in Chinese and English
