The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and the daily estate operations and will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering team growth, and elevating service standards. He/She will ensure efficiency, compliance and adherence to safety standard in daily estate operations; develop and implement plans to improve service quality, sustainability and resident satisfaction; mentor and train staff to build a strong, high-performing team; represent the estate in meetings with owners’ committee (OC), owners and residents and prepare and deliver reports/presentations as required.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Degree holder or above with relevant qualifications (MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM, or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the property management industry, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
Experience in managing luxurious residential properties is desirable.
Proficient in DMC and BMO.
Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Strong people management skills, including contractor, vendor, and client relations.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with expertise in staff training and development.
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
