Provide a full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO of CNCB HK Branch including setting appointment, coordinating meeting and administrative support.
Provide support for the corporate services department for the HK Branch, includng but not limit to:
- Space management, fixed asset management and office relocation
- Daily office operation including company vehicle scheduling, mailing services, event management, office cleaning, repair and maintenance, corporate insurance, and BCP site, etc.
- Procurement of newspapers, stationery, company seals, office equipment, etc.
- Office security system administration and maintenance
- Reception servicesLiaise with vendors and follow up enquiries from users
Monitor vendor’s performance to ensure compliance and service standard
Manage and negotiate with vendors and assist in conducting tender exercises
Arrange and prepare invoice payment
Keep and maintain proper filing records
Provide back up support to the teammate when it is necessary
Assist in all ad hoc projects / tasks assigned
Requirements:
1. Education Qualification
Post-secondary education, preferably a degree holder in related discipline.
2. Working Experiences
Minimum 3 years’ secretarial experience and with working experience in banks is an advantage.

Experience in providing supports of corporate services.
Proficient in MS Office.
