JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the positive initial and final contact with guests, whilst ensuring the concierge is kept running efficiently at all times
- Handle guest luggage, transportation and packages within the hotel area
- Answer enquiries and provide general information to guests with friendliness and professionalism
- Shift duties required
- Outdoor working environment
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer oriented and is a good team player
- Related working experience in hotel / guest services preferred but not necessary (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Ambassador
