Support the Design Director throughout the entire process—from theme, sketching, CADs, Tech Pack creation to fittings and pre-production sample process. Submit design proposal base on design direction and product strategy.
Research of seasonal trends, colours, fabrications, styling and details. Analyze and edit research through the lens of our brand DNA
Work closely with merchandising and buying team throughout the whole development process
Sourcing, selecting fabric & trims and communication with suppliers
Present sketches and samples to cross-functional teams and external partners during seasonal product meetings
Assist in styling and lookbook shooting
Create fashion graphics with seasonal direction & brand aesthetics
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in fashion design or related discipline
At least 3 years solid experience in fashion design
Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in fashion design (less experience will be considered)
Experience in menswear design is a plus
With forward-looking vision, creative, energetic, and strong fashion sense and passion to work with growing brands
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong fashion sense and technical skills
Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player
Understanding of international and Asia market trends, lifestyles, and customer needs in both the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets
