Fashion Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of buying strategies and budget proposals to achieve sales, profits as well as inventory targets
• Formulate OTB plan in terms of assortment, product category, and size ratio etc.
• Monitor merchandise flow including managing inventory, sales forecast, to maximize the company’s sales and profit targets
• Deploy effective stock replenishment and allocation plan to maintain optimal stock and SKU levels
• Analyze market trends and sales performance on merchandise categories
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for all product launches, promotions, and PR activities
• Deliver seasonal product to frontline team to ensure the product knowledge is up to standard

Requirements

• Degree Holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in buying and merchandising of fashion related items
• Strong business and passionate in fashion industry
• Retail mind set, knowledge of Retail logistic and distribution process
• Self-motivated and ability to plan and work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Hands on analytical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
