JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including account payable, account receivable and general ledger postings.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting regulations and Group standards.
- Plan and manage annual forecast and budget.
- Oversee payment runs, expense reimbursements and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow management and cashier functions.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors of the statutory accounts.
- Handle all taxation matters to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing finance processes and drive process improvements and automation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for strategic projects.
- Coach and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their growth and development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a focus on financial reporting and consolidation.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good commands in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager.
