The Finance Office is looking for an accounting professional with good finance knowledge to assist in the management of the financial activities of the University. Reporting to the senior management of the Finance Office, this role will have the following responsibilities:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for business activities in HK & China, carry out analysis and make recommendations to the management.

Implement budget process and consolidate budget of the University.

Act as Project Lead of projects on process re-engineering and system enhancement to enhance operational efficiency and strength internal control.

Act as finance business partner for related companies in HK and entities in China. Provide valued support and advices to the Board of Directors on finance matters.

Support various administrative Offices to manage budget and expenditure.
- Perform other adhoc duties as requested by management.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a recognized professional accounting qualification with substantial relevant working experience. Knowledge and experience especially on finance process reengineering is highly preferred. They should be good team players with excellent interpersonal skill and ability to deliver result independently. Being willing to take up responsibilities with a can-do mindset is also essential. Previous experience on implementation of large scale finance system will be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
