Reports to : Manager - Sports Turf
Role Introduction
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the function and appearance of the facility, oversees the building grounds, and assures facility readiness for a smooth operation of events, and performing grounds, turf and landscape maintenance assigned by the supervisor.
主要職責
- 按照維護計劃定期修剪草坪及協助收集和處理草屑及其他草坪廢料。
- 進行澆水和灌溉, 保持草坪健康。
- 按照指示施放肥料、除草劑和其他草坪護理產品。
- 監測及向主管報告草坪狀況,。
- 安全有效地操作各種草坪機械及進行基本維護和保養。
- 為各種活動準備或鋪設草皮。
- 執行主管分派的其他任務。
工作地點及時間
- 啟德 / 將軍澳
- 需要輪班工作
- 每2週工作80小時 (平均每星期工作40小時)，每天工作8小時 (不包括用膳時間)
- 工作時間或會按運作上需要而作出調動
入職要求
- 2年的相關園林維護或園藝方面的工作經驗。
- 持有有效的香港駕駛執照者優先。
- 良好團隊合作精神，具良好人際關係處理及溝通技巧。
- 注重細節，能夠獨立工作並在壓力下工作。
- 良好粵語溝通能力，具英語及普通話溝通能力但不是必要要求。
- 能在各種天氣條件下戶外工作。
- 能夠在活動日、週末和公眾假期輪班工作。
