IT Technical Support Staff
Descriptions
Requirements :
- Completed Form 5 / HKCEE or Form 6 / HKDSE or above
- Have a Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline or equivalent
- Good technical skills and good language skills
Duties :
- System and Platform Administration: Oversee server systems, network hardware, and management of platforms
- Device and Equipment Management: Handle mobile devices, microphones, and other devices, including setup for school events
- Technical Maintenance: Maintain servers, PCs, tablets, broadband, and Wi-Fi facilities
- Training and Support: Train Student IT and AV Teams, mark multiple-choice questions, and provide technical support
- Commencement Date : Immediately
