Group IT General Manager

We are a leading multinational manufacturing group with operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. As we continue to expand and digitally transform our business, we are seeking a visionary Group IT General Manager to lead our global IT strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap that aligned with business goals across multiple regions.

• Lead the deployment and integration of core manufacturing systems including ERP, MES, PLM, and QMS to drive operational efficiency and standardization.

• Manage robust IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity framework across all regions.

• Integrate AI solution and machine learning to enhance manufacturing efficiency, predictive maintenance, and elevate quality control.

• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, privacy and risk management.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 15 years in senior IT leadership roles within multinational manufacturing environments

• Proven expertise in implementing and managing ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, PLM, QMS platforms

• Strong background in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity

• Experience with AI/ML applications in industrial settings (e.g., smart factories, process optimization)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse cultures and regions

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices

• Certifications in CISSP, PMP, TOGAF, or similar are a plus
