Job Responsibilities :
- Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of payment business.
- Manage promotional campaigns and create systems to evaluate and improve performance.
- Study market and competitive landscape and identify new initiatives to grow the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate growth strategy.
- Work closely with the Tech and Product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3+ years of work-experience in Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
- Analytical mindset and problem solving comes naturally to you
- A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens
- Strong communication skills, a good team-player.
- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
