Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team in Asia to provide excellent professional services.
- Lead pre-sales support, client service, and troubleshooting initiatives to ensure client satisfaction.
- Supervise new client onboarding and product implementation processes.
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members to build a robust regional team.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and success across operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, with a strong accounting focus
- At least seven years’ experience at a leading global fund administrator, including advanced “super-user” proficiency in major portfolio management software.
- At least three years of team leadership experience in the fund administration field.
- Extensive functional proficiency in areas such as migrations, troubleshooting, client support, feature development, and testing.
- Proven track record in transitioning from an operational to a consulting role.
- Proficiency in delivering or leading technical presentations for client-facing sales engagements.
- Established success in managing intricate implementations and providing post-implementation support, with strong project management and business analysis capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various financial instruments, ideally with exposure to private equity.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex software concepts to senior executives in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
