Responsibilities:
1. Lead, guide and support the development of the full brand identity, proposition, and the brand roadmap.
2. Develop and recommend Marketing Objectives and Strategies in line with Brand Objectives to help achieve sales targets.
3. Proactively bring innovative, creative, and insights-driven campaigns, events and brand communications across digital and physical touchpoints in order to engage with target customers.
4. Develop the Brand’s Promotional Program in accordance with Brand Strategy. Marketing/Promotional Program could be tailored-made for each individual store/store group.
5. Develop and recommend Advertising Plan in line with Brand Objectives and Budgets. Monitor positioning, quality of production and implementation.
6. Develop and review CRM strategies with the team with an aim to increase the brand’s customer retention and drive more visits to shops.
7. Monitor the latest market trends and keep the company abreast of competitor and customer insights by conducting marketing research.
8. Supervise the team on the development and execution of PR campaigns to generate press coverage.
9. Forecast, recommend pricing review sales for new products.
10. Provide coaching to the marketing team to ensure members in respective roles all work together to achieve marketing goals.
11. Ensure all relevant support material and collaterals are timely executed and efficiently costed.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
2. 8+ years of career achievement in Branding, Marketing or Advertising (Experience in high-end and experience-driven brands preferred).
3. Proven capability in content marketing strategies, with the ability to grow, engage and delight audiences.
4. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Comfortable with fast paced environments, highly motivated multi-tasker with growth mindset.
6. Creative and problem-solver.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
8. Fluency in Chinese and English.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
