Performing full spectrum of office administration functions, such as office maintenance, procurement, vendor management, asset maintenance, etc.
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Coordinating mail and courier services
Handle communication with IT vendors and service providers
Help organize training sessions and employee development programs
Support compliance with labour laws and company policies
Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
High Diploma holder or above
3 years related working experience in office administration or HR is preferred
Good command of English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
