Human Resources & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Administration functions including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, MPF and corporate insurance etc.;
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure all practices are aligned internally and complied with employment laws and regulations;
Assist in the administration and maintenance of HRIS;
Assist in annual HR projects such as performance appraisal, salary review and bonus scheme, staff activities, etc.;
Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review;
Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries and foster a supportive working environment;
Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role; Exposure in HRIS projects is preferred;
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations. Knowledge of PRC labour law is an added advantage;
High sense of confidentiality, flexibility in multi-tasking, self-motivated and well-organized;
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficient in MS Office applications
Occasionally travel to Southern China.
