Job Responsibilities
To assist with a full spectrum of recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, new join preparation, communicating with candidates
To provide general administration duties to secondment HR team including report preparation, monthly payroll calculation, MPF collection
Professionally and independently search for the candidates to fulfill different needs of End user
To administer and track the effectiveness of the existing sourcing channel including social media, online job posting, campus recruitment, referrals
To organize and participate in outdoor recruitment campaigns including job fairs and recruitment days
Other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
1-2 years’ relevant experience in Call Centre (Inbound or Outbound) or HR function (Fresh Graduates are considered)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
Experience in Canva, Python or Power BI would be an advantage
Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
