Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc;
Update and maintain an accurate employee records in HR System;
Responsible for intermediary licensing including registration, de-registration, record maintenance, annual return and renewal;
Provide administrative support to HR team;
Prepare HR Report and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines;
at least 2 year’s relevant experience, preferably with experience in banking, insurance or financial planning industry;
Well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislation;
High adaptability with capacity to work in diversity and under stress;
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
Strong computer literacy in MS Office;
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
Less experienced candidate will be consider as Assistant HR Officer.
