We are now inviting energetic, motivated and enthusiastic talents for the position of Human Resources Officer in our Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to maintain daily operations of Human Resources Department, including leave management, on-boarding and exit processes administration and logistics and benefit schedule handling
Assist in monthly payroll administration to ensure it is accurate and on a timely basis
Support artisans’ engagement by introducing and mastering internal activities
Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels
Support in ad hoc HR related projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel, Tourism, Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least 2 years’ working experience preferably in Hospitality Industry
Mature, tactful, well-organized, detail-minded and strong administrative skills
Passionate, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
Competence in MS Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Good understanding knowledge in Canva will be essential
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will consider as Human Resources Assistant
