Job Description

• Basic knowledge to whole project production and differentiate material;

• At least 5 years or relevant designing experience in residential & commercial sector projects;

• Proficient in furniture structural drawings;

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Skeptchup.

• Photoshop, 3DS Max and Adobe illustrator is an advantage;

• Able to work independently and handle multiple design projects;

• Good design sense and presentation skills;

• Assist in coordination of interior architectural documents with work of consultants and project architects;

• Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples;

• Well organized, creative, independent, detail minded, responsible and self-motivated.

Interior Designer 室內設計師

需獨立處理室內設計方案及工程文件;

熟悉繪畫傢俬施工圖及工程圖;

需同時處理不同設計工程能力;

熟悉施工流程及施工設計規劃, 瞭解裝飾材料及施工工藝。

具備獨立處事能力, 細心、具創意；

良好溝通技巧，能夠分別與客人和工程團隊良好有效溝通，

具室內設計專業學歷, 最少5年工作經驗者優先;

熟悉操作: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3DS Max and Adobe illustrator;

薪金面議，根據工作經驗而定
