We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Campus Recruitment Lead, APAC. In this position, you will set the campus recruitment strategy across core ISG divisions (Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Institutional Equity Division & Fixed Income) and oversee the team responsible for the Full Time, Industrial Placement and Summer Analyst recruiting efforts.

This is a Director level position within the Campus Recruitment team, which is responsible for the recruitment of young talent into Morgan Stanley through the annual Internship and Graduate programs.

What you'll do in the role:
Lead and provide strategic direction to Front Office campus recruiters.
Coordinate the overall recruitment strategy for undergraduate and graduate hiring, encompassing attraction, selection and onboarding of entry-level talent across the Front Office divisions, including but not limited to:
Build and maintain strong relationships internally with key stakeholders across campus recruiting, human capital management, and business stakeholders to develop a robust talent pipeline for each talent segment.
Determine hiring requirements and regularly track headcount and progress of candidates across divisions, providing regular metrics to divisional management and key stakeholders.
Coordinate the involvement of Morgan Stanley representatives and university alumni at campus events, ensuring that top talent is deployed to source and onboard graduate talent into the Firm.
Oversee the candidate referral process, act as a point of escalation and ensure all referral candidates are handled in line with Firm policy.
Uphold the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance in all recruiting activities.
Manage and monitor spend for front office campus attraction, recruitment and programs; provide regular reporting on ROI and recommend activation opportunities for the following season.
Keep finger on the pulse of dynamic campus recruiting industry and new trends (such as, candidate assessment, sourcing strategies, new programming, compensation) to ensure Morgan Stanley is competitive in the market.
Partner with the Recruitment Marketing (RM) team on the attraction strategy for annual programs.
What you'll bring to the role:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will come with experience in Asia Campus / Early Careers recruitment with aspects of program management in Financial Services or related industry.
Experience with leading a regional team.
A proven track record of translating business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels across client groups and with HR colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of Asia campus recruiting trends, practices, and technologies.
