IT Governance Manager

• Assist the Bank in developing a reliable IT governance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement.
• 
  Assist the Bank in reviewing and enhancing IT governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives.
• 
  Design, develop and implement IT governance related policies, processes and guideline to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.
• 
  Facilitate communication across IT Department and business units on IT governance initiatives.
• 
  Drives alignment across IT to single standards and provide holistic view to facilitate office automation using intelligent tools.
• 
  Be innovative and clear mind-set to purpose ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• 
  Implement and execute annual training plan for department staff.
• 
  Any services, tasks or activities other than those specifically noted in the Services.
• 
  Establish and complete the Cyber mapping exercise in response to HKMA requirements according to specific timeframe
• 
  Assist in the development of policies and procedures for various projects
• 
  Other project plans and proposal as assigned by the supervisors
