Job Description
· Responsible for implementing IT infrastructure projects such as upgrade of IT network, hardware and system software
· Monitor project budget and progress and maintain good relationship with users, developers and vendors
· Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting retail shops or any emergency work
· Responsible for daily IT support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support services
· Experience in POS support and IT Project Management is a MUST
· Familiar with PC skill, hardware and network support
· Assist in project implementation & UAT
· At least 8 years relevant working experience in IT technical support
· Experience in retail ERP/POS system
· Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
· Strong trouble-shooting, problem-solving and communication skills
· Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
· Immediate available is a definite advantage
