Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud-based services
Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and expansions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges and opportunities
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organisation's data and systems
Monitor and optimise system performance, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
Lead the help desk to provide timely and effective technical support to staff
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Review the latest IT security threats and risks and react proactively on incident
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Certification holder of CISSP/CISA, ITIL or CCNA is highly preferred
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, and application support
Expertise in network administration, server management, storage technologies, and cloud platforms
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT infrastructure management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with non-technical stakeholders
