Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting tasks of transactions, invoices, account receivable, system input, etc.
- Proactive approach key contact persons from multiple channels for promoting LUCULLUS's offer.
- Coordinate with cross function teams such as marketing, supply chain and logistics to achieve business results.
- Compile sales reports, update and maintain client databases.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 years working experience in FMCG or any eCommerce business is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
- Self-driven, meticulous and organised with excellent communication skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
