Job Title: Lounge & Operation Manager / Assistant Lounge & Operation Manager
Our client aims to deliver the first-class services and high standards of excellence to their VIP members. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lounge & Operation Manager to motivate and lead the membership service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the front of the house team to ensure lounge service excellence and compliance with company standards while collaborating with back-of-house teams on operation and quality control for first-class lounge experience
Deliver and further develop operational delivery by ensuring quality service by training, developing and leading a well-briefed, motivated, guest-oriented team
Responsible for the strategic planning of the team, shift patterns, and day-to-day management activities
Manage catering-related matters, F&B menu, supplies and inventory
Facilitate in-lounge events and bookings
Maintain overall quality lounge ambience (aroma, background music, decorations)
Monitor customer satisfaction through their stay, engaging with them to gather feedback and addressing any concerns as needed
Handling VIP members’ enquiries and handling complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Post-secondary qualifications or above, with hospitalities knowledge is preferable
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Lounge / Hotel / shopping mall in which 2 years in supervisory level
Passionate about the luxury retail industry, with VIP service experience is highly preferred
Team player with leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both upwards and downwards, internally and externally
Self-motivated and have an eye for details
Fluent spoken and writing skills (English, Fluent Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / Power-Point)
