Operation Officer
The role
The successful candidate will perform team admin support duties for our legal professionals in our Group Legal Office (GLO). S/He is expected to provide administrative support to in-house lawyers and participate in all sorts of administrative work in relation to the daily operation of GLO and in various projects.
To succeed in this role
Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training preferred
Minimum 6 years' secretarial or administration experience, with exposure in law firm or in-house legal department is desirable
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently and professionally with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and good diary management skills
Well-versed in word-processing documents in Chinese and English, organizing team functions, expenditure controls is a must
Knowledge and experience in using Generative AI tools is not a must but an advantage
Proficient in PC application such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Show problem solving initiative and have an efficient and enthusiastic approach
Responsible, excellent working attitude, well-organized, discreet, proactive and attentive to details
A good team player who can mix well with co-workers and is tactful in work management and prioritisation.
