Manager, Strategic Partnerships (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 532694) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with around 3 years’ work experience in the field of corporate communications, partnership development, business relations, community engagement, project management or related fields. Relevant experience in business education/higher education would be an advantage. They must have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); exceptional communication and networking skills, project management and problem-solving skills with a high level of computer proficiency; and must be able to work independently and under pressure.
The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Faculty’s Office of Strategic Partnerships, including establishing and nurturing relationships with industry leaders, alumni, and community organizations. He/She will play a crucial part in enhancing the Faculty’s programmes, creating internship and job opportunities, and expanding our network of resources, through developing strategic alliances, working closely with faculty and administration, managing partnership initiatives, liaising with various stakeholders, monitoring the partnership programmes and preparing regular reports, and performing other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong occasionally. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
