Job Responsibilities:- Work with Market Development Manager on the acquisition of new sites, including trade zone studies, pipeline review, feasibility study, financial analysis and new store approval package
- Review store performance and negotiate lease renewals with landlords
- Maintain regular contact with Landlords and property developers and property agents
- Work on market research & studies and market data collection
- Other duties to be assigned by Head of Market Development and Senior Market Development Manager
- 2-3 years working experience preferably gained from sizable retailers or property developers
- Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and general leasing procedures
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to handle correspondence and work independently
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and hardworking
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
