Assist in organizing and participating in both online and offline sales and marketing activities, including Audiological Services program, Doctor Referral Program; Product Marketing, Sales Promotion & Advertising, Public relations, Social media/ Digital Promotion, and more
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns including development of clear objectives, promotional plan and concept
Preparing promotional material, budgeting, marketing statistics, analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns/projects and recommend improvements
Supporting Assistant Marketing manager to design printed marketing materials such as promotion leaflets, brochures, catalogues, posters, newsletters, banner ads, digital marketing materials for website and social media promotion; Powerpoint presentations and marketing documents on all campaigns
Supporting Assistant Marketing manager in the development and implementation of the marketing plan
Regular reporting to Assistant Marketing manager and Marketing Executive to prepare marketing materials and monitor social media effectiveness on a regular basis
Provide administrative, clerical, & design support on printed and digital marketing materials and advertisement.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers in promoting marketing program for business development
Handle and follow up customer online enquiries and appointments
REQUIREMENTS
Higher diploma or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Design, Business Studies, or relevant disciplines;
Knowledge in Digital Marketing is an advantage
Knowledge on designing softwares (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) will be a plus.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiations and presentations skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power-point
Creative, independent, self-motivated, well organized and hardworking team player
Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
5-day work week
