Marketing Executive/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of digital campaign strategies for the new acquisition and ROI optimization for each channels;

• Develop impact and effective integrated Online Content/ Advertising / Media Buy / Video Strategy to achieve business objectives;

• Copywrite and optimize search engine marketing & social media campaign (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, 小紅書,抖音 etc.);

• Be responsible for content creation to execution, and able to track the results from each channels;

• Monitor third-parties or vendor performance to provide insights in optimizing digital strategies;

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends from researches and agencies updates;

• Support any ad hoc project.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in marketing & business related discipline;

• Min 2 year or above experiences in the field of digital marketing, BEAUTY industry is an advantage;

• Background in digital marketing or social media agency is highly preferable;

• Solid experience in terms of lead generation, social media management, search marketing and other online solutions;

• Knowledge in Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a definite advantage;

• Energetic, proactive, creative and independent;

• Able to cope with pressure and meets tight deadlines;

• Candidate have less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
