Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing, digital, and CRM promotional campaigns with creativity and precision.
- Manage daily trading activities, including A/B testing, content optimization, creative development, and copywriting.
- Develop and implement engaging CRM solutions across multiple channels such as email, SMS, app push, and web push notifications.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance to enhance channel efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM or digital marketing; experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or digital agencies is a plus
- Proficient with CRM and digital marketing analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Passionate about F&B, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
