Marketing Officer (CRM) (MO/0808/2025)

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operation on mobile app and Website

• Execute CRM and website marketing campaigns in line with brand direction

• Advise design team to maximize content strategy on marketing material

• Evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness & prepare reports

• Develop data-driven, segment-focused campaigns and marketing automation journeys to build customer loyalty

• Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities to support marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science related discipline

• 1-2 years of experience in any retail/ marketing field. More experience will be considered as Senior Officer

• Experience in CRM / analytic software will be highly preferred

• Analytical minded, sensitive to figures & logical

• Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skill

• Retail marketing experience would be advantageous

• Good command of both of English and Chinese

• Proficiency in PC applications e.g. social media platforms, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
