We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic toy merchandising team, focusing on plastic and paper product development, including board games and puzzles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the full product development cycle (plastic & paper, including board games & puzzles) with factories.
Oversee or assist in managing suppliers, development timelines, cost analysis, material sourcing, and vendor relationships.
Track orders with factories, clients, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
Take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Form 7 or higher education level.
0-3 years of experience in OEM/ODM plastic and paper products (board games and puzzles experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of plastic and paper development cycles/schedules is a significant advantage.
Proficient in English with solid PC/ERP skills.
Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with overseas clients and vendors.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Immediate availability is a plus.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Merchandiser role.
