China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
• Participate in every phase of e-Banking service development and enhancement related projects, from requirements till commercialization, including but not limited to preparing user requirements, screen/report design and reviewing functional specification documents.
• Conduct product testing & ensure delivered e-Banking services are fulfilling business requirements, and align with guidelines from risk control and compliance.
• Liaise and work with required support departments, including but not limited to IT & Operations teams in investigating & following up e-Banking related problems and testing system fixes, within expected timeline & quality.
• Assist in preparing e-Banking related performance monitoring & tracking reports and assist in preparing ad-hoc reports to management when required.
• Assist in preparing and/or reviewing e-Banking services product documentation materials, including but not limited to product manual, user training guides and relevant procedure documents.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning (“BCP”) and other bankwide emergency drills, if necessary, to ensure required verification is done accordingly.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or related disciplines preferred
• Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-Banking/ Transaction Banking related projects or product development
• Good PC skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
