Operations Officer

Job Description

• Assist Supervisors in daily ferry operations and customer service
• Assist in liaison with government and organizations in relation to operations, planning or other projects
• Assist in analyze operation and financial reports, budgets and projections
• Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow
• Handle other duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above in Transport, Logistics, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years' relevant working experience, local ferry management experience is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude
• Presentable and strong in communication skills
• Self-motivation with a strong will to learn
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
