Job Description:
Responsible for the sourcing of F&B/ non-F&B products and services.
Proceed purchasing processes, supply chain management, contract negotiation and market trend evaluation
Identify, evaluate, and select reputable suppliers for food products, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, other procurement document adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of food inventory levels, purchases, and pricing information.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by Senior Accountant.
Requirements: -
DSE or above
Certificate holder in Accounting
Preferably with minimum 2 years solid experience in hospitality or F&B procurement
Proven negotiation skills and strong analytical skills
Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Independent, attention to detail and accuracy
