Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner
- Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues
- Maintain and update accurate shipping data into inhouse system
- Provide support on ad hoc projects, and other administrative duties as assigned
Working Hours:
- 8:00 – 22:00 (9 hours shift include 1 hour lunch time)
- 5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
Requirements:
- HKCEE or above
- 1 year of customer service experience in e-Commerce / logistics industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Good communication skill and a good team player
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
