Job Responsibilities：
- Coordinate and oversee renovation projects for the main contractor to ensure smooth progress.
- Update construction drawings, submit, and manage project documents.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with design and contract requirements.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate approval of project documents and drawings.
- Work on-site as required, depending on project needs.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements：
- Diploma or certificate in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related fields preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; experience with A&A renovation contractors is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
Benefits & Compensation：
- HKD 22,000 - 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday (Alternate Weeks): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
- 5 to 5.5 working days per week.
