Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily administrative functions in compliance with organizational policies;
- Compile reports, statistics, and assist in research projects;
- Coordinate the unpaid work programme, including identifying opportunities and assessing service recipients' needs;
- Supervise and support host organizations to ensure satisfactory service quality through site visits;
- Recruit, orient, supervise, and evaluate all project staff;
- Plan and provide staff training and development programmes;
- Establish and maintain relationships with government departments, NGOs, and other community bodies;
- Assist the Service Manager in handling public relations matters of the Project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, with minimum 5 years working experience.
