Lead the full cycle of the software development project including but not limit to requirements gathering, analysis of business requirements, specifying functional requirements, system design & development, testing and deployment.
Review and manage all changes to the requirements, design and develop new initiatives to enhance usability of applications.
Develop project plan and schedule, monitor project progress at various milestones to ensure that the project is delivered timely, within budget and with high quality.
Communicate & engage effectively with all stakeholders on project matters.
Supervise the work and performance of the development team.
Requirement:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
5 years’ IT project management experience, automation projects.
Experience in medical/healthcare sector would be a plus.
PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile cert is preferred.
Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience.
SI Experience is preferred.
Well-organized, attention to details.
Excellent coordination, communication & interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
