Job Title: Project Manager – Mega-Scale Civil Infrastructure (Confidential Client)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HK$1B+ civil projects (隧道/橋樑/鐵路 | Tunnels/Bridges/Railways) for major government and transport clients (e.g., projects comparable to MTRC expansions or HKAA 3RS)
- Manage full project lifecycle under NEC/FIDIC contracts, ensuring compliance with HKAA/MTRC standards
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams (50+ staff) and liaise with CEDD, HyD, and other authorities
- Implement BIM 4.0, MiC, and AI-driven scheduling for complex sites
Requirements
✔ Chartered Engineer (HKIE/ICE/CEng) with 20+ years’ experience (10+ as PM)
✔ Proven track record in:
- MTRC projects (e.g., station retrofits, rail systems) | 港鐵項目經驗
- HKAA projects (e.g., runways, terminals) | 機場管理局工程經驗
- NEC Option C/E mega-projects (HK$1B+ scale)
✔ Fluent in English & Cantonese (for gov’t/contractor liaison)
✔ Familiarity with Hong Kong standards (e.g., BD/HyD specifications | 熟悉香港建築條例)
