Preferred
- Lead the cloud migration project, coordinating with vendors, infrastructure, and offshore development teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Work with architects and technical teams to design and execute the migration plan, ensuring performance and compatibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and operations.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure quality and compliance through testing and best practices.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP/CSM preferred.
- 8+ years of IT project experience, including data migration, system upgrades, and at least 2 years in cloud migration.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and legacy systems.
- Familiar with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in project tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security standards.
- Background in insurance systems, especially policy administration platforms.
