In this position, you will:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while providing pre-sales technical support during the tendering process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, operations, customers, and subcontractors—to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize impact.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, presentations, and plans.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, or a related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project implementation and management within the telecom industry, including at least 3 years in large-scale RF coverage antenna system projects
- Membership in a professional institute or Chartered status is advantageous.
- Proven experience in telecom system design, implementation, and solution adaptation is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, regulatory environments, and codes of practice in Hong Kong.
