Job Description:
Responsible for all day-to-day property operations, tenants/clients/agent inquiries and complaints;
Monitor standards and schedules of repair & maintenance works;
To handle inbound calls and messages (Email/WhatsApp) and order appliance for the tenants.
Provide administrative support, such as preparing weekly report and ensuring timely rent collection
Report to manager and communicate to team
Liaise with contractors to ensure services are provided to tenants
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Property Management or related discipline is advantage;
At least 5 years' experience in property management;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and team members
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (majority tenants are foreigners/expats);
