Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for managing all receptionist duties while providing comprehensive administrative support to the office and the Senior Management team.
Responsibilities:
Manage all receptionist duties
Provide support to office administration and the Senior Management team
Coordinate with internal parties on daily business support
Maintain vendor agreements’ database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents and reports
Handle claims and expenses, travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, gift arrangements and other client hospitality requirements for the Senior Management team
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Good command of communication skills, both spoken and writing in English.
Good command of general administration and office protocol
Good organization skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good sense of responsibility and teamwork
Carefulness at work
Open-minded and strong service mindset
Ability to work independently with little guidance from Supervisor
